Swys is the father of sweeping in South Africa. With his vast experience and knowledge of Road Sweeping and maintenance, not only road sweeping but the routine maintenance projects on the Sanral roads which includes fencing, guard rail installation, pothole patching, crack sealing and various engineering construction work.
Together with his Babore staff, he is responsible for marketing Babore in order to grow the business to its maximum potential.
His well connected life in the world of Rugby South Africa is an added benefit to Babore. Swys is the author of the book “The History of Street Cleaning”.
Ilona is responsible for the management of daily administrative tasks to ensure that the Marketing Department runs smoothly. She conducts market researches to identify new revenue opportunities. With her background in supply chain, the banking sector and project management, she is able to foster an economical transformation environment within the company.
Mariam maintains orderly all bookkeeping systems, reconciling all company bank statements. She assembles information for external audits-working papers and files , liaises with SARS for all SARS matters and compiles all the information for BEE compliances.
Evelyn is a well experienced sales (marketing niche) and business consultant. She has been in the industry for over 7 years. Her responsibility is to build the company’s clients database, promote Babore’s core services and grow the company’s capital income.
Joas oversees the running of the daily operations at Babore. With ten years experience, he also makes sure that the organization operates effectively and efficiently to meet the expectations and needs of clients.
Thembi coordinates the office administration to ensure the smooth running of Babore’s office and contributes in driving sustainable growth. She acts as a point of contact for all employees, maintains and updates the company databases, organizes the filing system for important and confidential documents, answers queries from employees and clients, updates office policies as needed, distributes and stores correspondence.
Takalani is the assistant of Joas Nare and is the expert of Babore’s lane closure works. He also runs the cleaning of the grids in the highways’ fast lanes during pre-raining seasons. Safety training and work form an essential part of his responsibilities. Thanks to his managerial skills, he also acts as the link between Thembi and the Babore staff.
